Polperro Family History Society
The Polperro Family History Society celebrated its tenth birthday
last year with another weekend annual gathering of Polperro family historians,
cousins and local residents at the Ebenezer Gallery, Polperro, in
The Society now has over 250 members and has developed a number of projects researching the Polperro families that once lived there. Anyone with Polperro ancestors is particularly welcome to apply for membership and share the benefits of our research and also receive copies of the Society's Journal published twice a year. Last year's event was a great success and we look forward to our eleventh anniversary gathering in April 2013.
The AGM for PFHS members was followed by a visit to Duloe church. A number of individual Polperro family displays by Martin Hipperson were on view, the Society's Projects Officer who has also produced the Polperro Fishermen's Portraits CD.
